Staff will be present to provide an overview of mental health and wellbeing resources on campus with a focus on the Center for Mental Health Care & Resources. Give-aways, informational materials, and brochures will be provided.

An overview of mental health and wellbeing resources on campus with a focus on the Center forMental Health Care & Resources and other wellness partners.
Adjusting to College
Participants will learn about the challenges of adjusting to college, ways to manage time and stress, and resources to support mental health and wellness.
Recognizing and Responding to Students in Distress (for faculty, staff, or students in positions of leadership or support)
This workshop will review characteristics of students who may be in mental health distress, describe how to respond to these students, and ways to connect them to resources that are available on campus.
Stress Management
This workshop covers the basics of stress management, including identifying your current stress levels, recognizing common stressors, and learning useful tools to reduce your stress.
