This workshop provides an overview of AOD services offered through the Center for Mental Health Care & Resources.
Recognizing and Responding to Students in Distress (for faculty, staff, or students in positions of leadership or support)
This presentation will review characteristics of students who may be in mental health distress, describe how to respond to these students, and ways to connect them to resources that are available on campus.
Understanding and Addressing Anxiety and Depression
This presentation provides an overview of the symptoms and impact of anxiety and depression on college students and provides tips on healthy coping strategies and available campus resources.
